Paraiso Perisur, S.A. de C.V., operator of the “Hotel Radisson Perisur”, located at Cuspide Street 53, Parques del Pedregal neighborhood, Tlalpan borough, C.P. 14020, Mexico City, is responsible for collecting, processing, using, protecting, and if necessary, deleting your Personal Data.

This data will be collected only for the following purposes:

  1. (i) process your reservation at HOTEL RADISSON; (ii) request, hire, change or cancel services; (iii) make payments; (iv) request an invoice or digital tax receipt; (v) request a quote or information about services; (vi) contact Customer Service; (vii) receive printed advertising or through electronic media, including online marketing communications, or telemarketing about our services; (viii) participate in surveys about the quality of our services; (ix) participate in the loyalty program of HOTEL RADISSON PERISUR; (x) share your comments or suggestions about our services. Likewise, your personal data will be used for the purpose of (xi) conducting studies on the demographic data, interests and behavior of our clients; (xii) conducting market and consumer studies in order to offer personalized services, as well as advertising and content more suitable to your needs; (xiii) compiling internal statistics indicating the most appreciated services by you; (xiv) collecting information from debit cards or credit cards used for payment of services; (xvii) sending you notifications of offers, notices and/or promotional messages via printed and/or electronic media; and (xviii) collecting information about your consumption preferences; (xix) so that HOTEL RADISSON PERISUR can comply with the various obligations envisaged in the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data held by individuals (LFPDP) and the regulations emanating from or related to the same, and other federal and local laws or administrative provisions.

For the purposes indicated in this Privacy Notice, we may collect your personal data in different ways: When you stay at HOTEL RADISSON PERISUR and fill out registration forms, when you visit our website, when you request a quote from any area of the hotel, when you use any of the services provided and/or dependent on HOTEL RADISSON PERISUR, and in general when personal data is obtained through the channels allowed by law.

The Personal Data that we obtain directly may include (among others):

  • Name.
  • Address.
  • Phone number.
  • Email address.
  • Bank account.
  • Official identification.

The Personal Data that we obtain through our electronic platform may include (but are not limited to):

  • Name.

  • Phone number.
  • Email address.
  • Credit card.

The HOTEL RADISSON PERISUR does not obtain sensitive Personal Data of any person by any means, and in any case, if any personal data of these characteristics were required, the express authorization of the owner will always be obtained to process said data.

You can at any time limit the use or disclosure of the personal data provided and/or request to stop receiving advertising messages from HOTEL RADISSON PERISUR by sending an email to the following email address protecciondatos@sevillapalace.com.mx, which will always be acknowledged as received and will indicate that from that date onwards you will stop receiving advertising information from the Hotel.

Likewise, you can at any time exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition (ARCO) regarding the Personal Data that you have provided to us, which can be exercised in the following way:

1) You can contact our Personal Data Protection Office via email, telephone, or in person (the contact details for the specified office are located in the second paragraph of this notice). They will provide you with, and/or indicate how to fill out, the corresponding ARCO request form that you wish to exercise. Another option could be to indicate if the forms are available online.

2) Once the application for any ARCO right that you wish to exercise is duly completed, you must attach the following document to your application:
• Official identification that proves you are the owner of the Personal Data or a document that proves you have the power to exercise the Right on behalf of the owner.

3) The person who assists you in the Personal Data Protection office will indicate the response time and the means through which the same will be made available to you.

The procedure will always be free, with only the owner covering the cost of the means of providing the response (certified mail and/or copies); however, if the owner reiterates their request within a period of less than twelve months, the provisions of Article 35 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties will apply.

The authorization granted to us through this means for the processing of Personal Data provided to HOTEL RADISSON PERISUR, for the indicated purposes, may be revoked by the owner upon written request sent and signed by the owner to the Personal Data Protection office, attaching a copy of an official identification that verifies their identity.

Likewise, we inform you that your personal data may be transferred and processed within and outside the country, by individuals other than this company, for the following purposes of making your reservation, billing, and sending promotions.

If you do not express opposition to the transfer of your personal data, it will be understood that you have given your consent for it.

The HOTEL RADISSON PERISUR reserves the right at all times to make modifications to this privacy notice, these modifications can be consulted:

  1. a) Directly at the Data Protection offices of the Hotel.
